Any activity carried out under your Account credentials prior to a reported security breach is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact zss999 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. You agree to indemnify zss999 against any losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.
zss999 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
zss999 does not charge fees on PKR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to zss999 is a serious breach of these Terms. zss999 reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover any outstanding amounts, and report the matter to the relevant payment networks and authorities in such circumstances.
zss999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and Eligible Games for each promotion are stated in the specific promotional terms. Contributions towards wagering requirements may vary by game type — slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
zss999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion between players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to Account closure.
Bonus funds and free spin credits expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically by the system and cannot be reinstated.
All bets and wagers placed on the zss999 Platform are subject to acceptance by zss999. zss999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not the applicable format, bets placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, or bets that exceed the applicable stake limits.

In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result at the time the market is closed. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable rules, markets may be voided and stakes returned.
All casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, and Table Tennis — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes streamed in real time. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
